I’m Sanika Gentles. Founder, strategist, and host of How Do You Divine? Different titles, same mission: to connect culture through media and technology. Integrating the precision of data with the humanity of conversation.
For a while I thought I had to pick a side: creativity or technical sophistication. Life taught me to show up authentically. There is room. If not, make it.
Twelve years in enterprise SaaS untangling large problems. Building partnerships with executives and global decision makers. I know how objectives get met, and how they get missed. The actual work that doesn’t make it onto decks.
When I’m not simplifying complexity, you can find me in a good conversation. That’s what being from the Caribbean taught me. How to read a room. How to talk to anybody. How to say the true thing warmly. I’ve been on a mic since radio, and building since before anyone gave me permission to.
That’s the short version. The long one is more interesting.
